Thanks Gordon for the feedback and glad you were able to duplicate my modification to the Orbit valve.? Yes it would best to use a separate pilot valve to operate the exhalation valve and this would solve one of the valve coil voltage issues.? I plan on building a better model today using this method.? It will be similar to my previous model and similar to your model except I plan to use a fix office plate where you have the ball valve.? By adjusting the orifice, the back pressure could be maintained to provide the pilot pressure to operate the exhalation pilot and Orbit valve both.? Can provide more details when I complete my model.
Been following the legal posts and am concerned about my exposure.? I am a retired electrical engineer and do not have deep pockets of disposable assets to risk but am more that happy to help you and your group.? I feel that what you and your team are doing is extraordinary but unfortunately the legal system has stifled more than just this project.? We need change and hopefully this experience will highlight the error of our past ways.? Please let me know if there is anyway I can continue to contribute without the risk.
