I had a veeco,?I think it was a v 301 system. 16 inch diameter 36in tall Pyrex chamber. Lifter and everything. Had a lot of fun with it doing science with the neighborhood kids and making some mirrors and?other stuff. It ended up at the Naval Post Graduate school in Monterey.? What I have left is a Precision D25 pump and controller for dual TC and ionization gauges. I have a 12" pyrex desiccator to use as a chamber.?
I've got a lathe and mill to make parts to fit things together. I made a diff pump from a propane cylinder long ago. It kinda worked. How much could I get a small diff pump and valve for?

I'm here. Sold? my vapor deposition system and rounding up what's leftover to make another smaller system. Missing the diffusion pump. Not in a hurry at this point.
