Leaks...6x10e-5 is far from awful for a chamber of that size. It has
been awhile since I've seen your chamber but I seem to recall that you
have a lot of feedthroughs, are they ceramic? How are they sealed?

I laughed aloud when I read that. :-) He and I talk daily, we do a
lot of projects together, I'm doing some consulting for his company, and
Autumn (whom I'm sure you remember from our visit) and I hang out with
Steve and his wife Lizzy socially quite a bit. :-)
