Anybody out there got a magnetron sputter system they want to let go for a great price ??? ? I have been trying thermal deposition of silicon monoxide and just can not pump enough power into the chamber without getting stuff dangerously hot. ?
I would need the whole system, power supply and guns with shutters. ?
Thought to ask as somebody may be getting out of the game.? I want to be able to do overcoating.
