In the VARA HF window The SoundCard - Tune Transmits a steady tone and a signal?is being? transmitted. View is :Gauges-Waterfall-Diagrams , Monitor is ON.but nothing is seen on transmit. Sometimes a line addressed to ALL is seen. in VARA Chat window.
