VARA HF not working and was working before. VARA FM is working

Hello Everyone.

Wanted to thank you in advance for helping me out. Recently I have been using VARA FM a lot.
?
Until I decided to check if VARA HF works. In the past it takes a while sometimes half an hour to process an email on different Gateways.
?
I notice no matter what I do it seems not to connect. Will attach a video on the issue at hand.
?
Using a Yaesu FT-857d w/ an LDG YT-100 Auto Tuner and using a DIGIRIG Radio sound card.
