Hello Events Committee, Thanks for being flexible and remaining engaged in service of VAAP. I wanted to update you that we have a few event sponsors and break sponsors, several people signed up for the event, and all the food and beverage is organized, being provided by Youth For Tomorrow. They will also be providing onsite logistical support. We have the training facilitators secured. We are gonna be all set basically for this event now.We are tracking numbers to ensure that we have the seats filled (but not overbooked!) We will need to make signs for the event with the sponsors logos and thank yous, and maybe a little flyer. Otherwise, we are looking so good! Thanks again, Jessica ? From: Carl Street <CStreet@...> Good Afternoon, ? I wanted to update on the training with food options and what we are planning to do: ? We will do Panera for both days, a boxed lunch that they can choose from an assortment with different options including vegan/vegetarian.? We will do this both days and will have a room set up that they can go and get there food and return to eat.? (If you prefer they have a choice we can send you a list of sandwiches that they can choose from? We will also have fruit and salad along with tea/soda/water/coffee.?? ? We will have various healthy snacks, muffins, assorted nuts, chips, fruit, granola bars, and other items that they can grab and snack on throughout the training with Coffee and water available throughout the day. ? We have security at the front of our campus and it would be good to get a final roster for ordering purposes, and to leave their name at our front entrance for security.? Once the enter the property the will go to the right and be directed by our staff where to park and how to enter the building and there will also be signs.? The Pruitt building lower level is where we will be training and I have copied and pasted a picture below of where individuals will go and there will be staff to help guide them. ? ? ? Let me know if you have any other questions at this point.? We are glad that we can host and be a part of this.? Karen is my executive assistant, and we will both be available throughout the training and making sure all goes well on our part and will be available both days if you need anything, or any concern comes up. ? I will work on a campus map and instructions/with map on where to park and enter the Pruitt Center for training and get that to you.? ? I will update you by the end of this week on lunch and time and what we will be providing.
