Hello: I think not, at least not comfortaby enough to make it worthwhile for permanent use as both on the U3 and on the Unimat mill table, space to move around is at a premium and things get clumsy

You don't need to clamp so hard that you deform the part. Just enough to hold the part firmly. If the part already has the slit, put slices of aluminum can metal in the slit to fill it, and clamp the
