I¡¯m not sure I understand. My 4-Jaw is 60mm OD and fits fine on my DB-200. The jaws slide in the grooves and have a 3mm slot on either side. There is no reason they shouldn¡¯t fit in either

I can't offer you a source, but here is the only blade I have for my jigsaw. It is 2mm from the teeth to the back of the blade and 0.8mm thick.
