Nope. Tubal Cain was the pen name for an English Model Engineer who wrote for Model Engineer magazine, a British publication. And he borrowed the name from the Bible just as Mr. Pete did. Tom Walshaw,

I think Mr Pete has explained this on one of his (many thousands of ) videos, there was another Author who went under that name from the UK, who wrote the books.

Mike, I sure wish I had that a few years ago. If you have a link for it, I may print it for my son. I gave him my full size machines. That jig could come in handy for him someday.
