Try measuring across existing features - For example Measure the distance from the outside edge of the flange to the outside edge of the screw, then finding the radius of the screw and of the flange.

There was a guy in Canada I think that had a bunch of new old stock face plates for both 3 and 4 jaw chucks. ?I bought 2 of each. I can try and dimension hem out.
