Thanks to all for the information, I have not been able to find a pdf of the motor spec's, why I asked the bench supply has a max of 30v so I am winding it down to 24v to use the lathe and wondered what the over 24v max would be.

I have two of these motors they where given to me as new old stock never been used I don't know what speed these give out yet as no paperwork came with them all I have is Fasco 24V so far I am very pleased with the U3 so much more robust than the U SL/DB.
Been turning up a backplate for a collet chuck today and it is going great.
