The 40 type is generally for us as amateur machinists who think inch to metric to inch concepts.
For my brain, with a Unimat, a 50 dial is a lot better.? 10 being .2m , 20-.4, and so on.
A pre-made graduated collar is a big help.? But what I don't want is to have to machine new dials at all.? I seem unable to get to all of the projects that I would like to do.
