This kit of parts also looks useful, and a reasonable price if you don't already have any of the items:

It has a quick change toolpost with various toolholders including one for ER16 collets, plus 10 collets. The only snag is it is the plunger type, and they are not inherently repeatable. The one on my brother's lathe allows the toolpoint to be set sideways over a range of about 1 mm. OK for height, for diameter when turning, but not repeatable for length.
