Centering tailstock?

 

Hi,

I have a Unimat 4 that I have not used that much, yet...

I tried to drill a small hole but discovered that the center-drill did not center in the rod I tried to hollow...?

I found that the tailstock does not seem to center correctly.

Any ideas how I can align the tailstock?

What I concluded so far is that it will likely require physical removal of material somewhere and I dont want to do this the wrong way...

Hints and tips around this is highly appreciated.
