Hi Dick:
I cut off a
CAT40/ER32 holder and welded in a bushing for M12x1:
/g/Unimat/photo/195716/2246540?p=Name%2C%2Cer32%2C20%2C1%2C0%2C0
With a little
fine tuning it works fine. I really like it for wood since its
range is large and it doesn't leave jaw marks.
Also it can
hold any size milling cutter.
Carl.

I have a full set of ER32 collets and a collet nut. I want to
use them on my DB200 Unimat in lathe mode. The only lathe I have
at this time is my Unimat.
As I see it my best option is to single point thread a new
Unimat spindle nose to fit the ER32 collet nut I have. I have 6
Unimat spindles So that should be no problem.
Does anyone in the group have any suggestions that might be
better than what I have proposed?
Dick
