I think in a previous response I included the below link to a page of Unimat name plates from the Unimat section at lathes.co.uk.
If the subject is name plates, you might send them a good photo of yours, and of their lathe, so they can add it to their site.
On their home page near the bottom, is "Make Contact".
Also, if the question is about the name plate, could you provide a close up photo.
