It's not critical. The motor will run okay without it but you'll mess up radio reception around you. Just get one that fits with the right number of wires and the right voltage ratings.?

Can anyone tell me which?motor suppression capacitor I need for my Unimat SL please?, It has started blowing the mains switch fuse and I find I need to replace the?capacitor?but on the one in the motor I cannot read the size or name.
