Dick,
The same happened in the UK a year or so ago if you are selling they want your bank account details to take out all you owe them and will not accept Paypal, you can still buy from E-bay and pay with Paypal and you don't have to register your bank details.
So you find somewere else to sell from it is their loss trading this way.
