My? Sherline lathe works with metric collets as long as I use the
metric sized collet sleeve, but the Sherline collets will not
thread onto my Boley drawbar.? The threads are a bit larger in
diameter than the metric ones.

For me it is not clear how long the Sherline drawbar is.
Also the thread is not metric like the collets I bought.
