Green hammer tone would date it as about mid 1965 or a little later. The last of the MK4 lathes had the same green as the early die cast ZAMAC SLs. They were introduced in the MK2a era and came in Black crinkle, plain dove gray, silver hammer tone,? blue hammer tone and, as yours in the green hammer tone.
