'Tolerant' Leftists Are Reportedly Cancelling Matt Walsh's New Film: 'Cause Such Division by Playing This'
'Tolerant' Leftists Are Reportedly Cancelling Matt Walsh's New Film: 'Cause Such Division by Playing This' Talk about something rare. A 'tolerant' Leftist? I would take this guy as not being a Leftist in the first place. It’s absolutely crazy to think about the fact that “I disagree with what you have to say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it” used to be a liberal tenet. Because for anyone who’s not already drinking leftist Kool-Aid (or even just old enough to remember what liberalism used to be), it’s as clear as day that the modern left is anything but a defender of free speech. The latest example of this: Daily Wire star and film auteur Matt Walsh (who helped contribute to the zeitgeist with “What Is a Woman?“) has a new film coming out called “Am I Racist?” — where he effectively goes undercover to help the far left beclown itself. You can watch a trailer for it below: Am I Racist? | Official Trailer Am I Racist? | Official Trailer In modern times, leftists have hijacked liberalism to the point that it’s on the side of censorship rather than good faith debates — so its collective response to “Am I Racist?” shouldn’t surprise anyone. As reported on by Robby Starbuck, “left wing activists” are targeting and threatening smaller theater chains, so they don’t show the movie. Robby Starbuck Wow. Left wing activists are now bullying small movie theaters like Del Oro Theatre in Grass Valley, CA into dropping @MattWalshBlog’s new "Am I Racist?" film. Another theatre owner told me that they’ve been told small theaters like this are being targeted with threats from left… There is an attachment at the end that goes here. vp The conservative reporter added: “Another theatre owner told me that they’ve been told small theaters like this are being targeted with threats from left wing activists. “The left is terrified of this film because it’s not only hilarious but it’s effective at dismantling their dangerous ideology. Walsh himself responded to the report on Friday, noting: “The only way to stop the Left from shutting down the film is to support the theaters that are showing it.” At this point, when it comes to liberalism in 2024, the phrase has become, “I disagree with what you have to say and will defend to the death my right to censor it.” A truly tolerant bunch, eh?

HOWARD By pdoggbiker on August 25, 2024 The last time someone received a second Medal of Honor was in World War I, and it's unlikely we'll ever see another two-time recipient in our lifetime. But if anyone were going to come close to receiving multiple Medals of Honor, it would have been U.S. Army Col. Robert L. Howard. During his 54 months of active combat service in Vietnam, he was wounded an astonishing 14 times and received eight Purple Hearts and four Bronze Stars. He was also nominated for the Medal of Honor three times in 13 months, the only soldier ever to receive three nominations. Two of those were downgraded to the Distinguished Service Cross and Silver Star because his actions took place in Cambodia, where the United States wasn't technically at war. He would be awarded the medal on his third nomination, forever changing his life and career. Alabama-born Howard enlisted in the Army in 1956 and would spend the rest of his working life serving his country. Some 36 of those years would be spent in the Army, first as an enlisted Special Forces soldier, then as a Special Forces officer. He was a Staff Sergeant when he was sent to Vietnam as part of the secret Military Assistance Command, Vietnam – Studies and Observations Group (MACV-SOG) in 1967. It was the first of five tours in Vietnam. In December 1968, he was on a rescue mission looking for six missing American soldiers. It was a mixed American-South Vietnamese Hatchet Force based in Kon Tum. It was a platoon-sized force that would be inserted by helicopter into the soldiers' last reported location. As they moved to the landing zone, his force began taking ground fire and casualties. Immediately upon landing, he took three men to secure a perimeter. The incoming fire caused him to fall. His three men were killed immediately. Two companies of enemy troops completely surrounded the LZ. One of the helicopters had been shot down. They had to fight their way out of the drop zone and made a move for the high ground. Howard pushed his way to the front of the unit, but before he could warn his lieutenant about enemy fire from their flanks, they were ambushed – and had walked right into it. Howard had been hit by a grenade, his weapon destroyed. When he came to, his platoon was in disarray, and he was left temporarily blinded. When his vision returned, he realized his hands were wounded, and the enemy troops were burning the Americans with a flamethrower. Howard got up and pulled his lieutenant down the hill. As he moved, he acquired a sidearm from an unhurt-friendly soldier just as the North Vietnamese came running out of the bush. He killed two of the attacking enemy soldiers before he was hit yet again. One of the rounds hit the rifle magazines on his belt, causing them to explode. Out of ammunition, he returned to the landing zone, now a casualty collection point. He ordered that every wounded soldier in the field be treated while every unharmed soldier rallied to his position. In the melee, he'd seen soldiers watching his comrades being shot up by the enemy and not even firing their weapons. He told the men who had watched without fighting that they were going to establish a perimeter and that they were either going to fight or die. "I want you to get every live person we've got that's able to fight," he told a wounded medic through gritted teeth. "I want to talk to them right now." He located three strobe lights and assembled them in a triangle around their position, got on the radio, and called in an airstrike on their position, hoping the incoming aircraft could avoid hitting the friendlies inside the strobes. They fought for four hours without help before Air Force pilots 20 minutes away volunteered t

The video blew me away and is put together professionally. Please read his short email and then watch his YouTube film...I sat through the entire video, my senses captivated by what I saw and heard. I'm sure you'll feel the same. "Mr. Podlaski, I just listened to your story on the Echoes of the Vietnam War podcast and am currently browsing your website. Wonderful, powerful stuff and I thank you immensely for sharing and for what your story has grown to. I cannot imagine how many fellow vets you may have helped along the way. Anyway, I see you have a page on your site where you are accepting tribute videos from fellow Vietnam Veterans with pics and videos they brought home from their tours. Well, I humbly submit one (amateur at best) here for your review and for that alone I am honored to be able to share. This video is the culmination of the last few years of talks with my father-in-law (Al) late into the evening about his experiences in Vietnam and even getting to go to a few reunions with his fellow troopers who are still able to meet once a year and share the bond face to face. I am forever grateful to my father-in-law for letting me into some very private, life-changing moments in Vietnam and for his buddies with whom I’ve had some powerful conversations. Even 50 years later, just lending an ear with a lot of humility and genuine interest was often all it took for me to be welcomed and get a glimpse of their experiences. This all began with Al’s sharing the memories he held in two bins in his attic. I was so interested in the Vietnam soldier’s experience, a remarkably unique human experience, that I was all in. I listened. I took pictures of his “stuff”. Over the years, other troopers shared their photos with me. It was overwhelming - in a very good way. I was trying to think of a way to help “preserve” their hard-earned memories and at the same time to actually give something back in return, not only for what they have done for our country, but for what they endured when they returned home, and also for what they have done by letting me into their private H Troop family. And so, with only pictures of pictures on an iPhone and no idea what would come next, I figured the best way forward was to get these pics into a slideshow. I played with iMovie on my phone and knew this could be something special. After learning how to add the music of your era to help narrate their story, and many, many errors, revisions, and edits … here it is: From the draft to basic training, to Vietnam, and home again. Although this is a thank you specifically to the men of H Troop, I hope my “thank you” and “welcome home” messages come across loud and clear to ALL our Vietnam veterans. It’s about 1 hour and 41 minutes long and includes twenty-one songs, tons of pictures, a few letters home, a few short interviews, and a bunch of 8mm video footage (some pretty rough but I love it). The last few minutes include a tribute to those who died in Vietnam while serving in this fine outfit. Thank you very much. I hope this video does justice to your memories, both good and bad. It’s been an honor. Highest regards, Scott Fedigan Auburn, NY" Thank you for taking the time to view this. Aussie Woman Reveals Harrowing Tales from Infamous Thai Prison
4
Holly Deane-Johns, an Australian woman who spent seven gruelling years in a Thai prison for heroin trafficking, has opened up about the appalling conditions she endured in the notorious Lardyao Women’s Correctional Institution, often dubbed the "Bangkok Hilton." In 2000, Holly, then aged 29, was caught trying to mail a parcel of heroin to her family in Perth. She faced the death penalty but was instead sentenced to 31 years in the overcrowded and squalid prison. Speaking on the True Crime Australia podcast with Gary Jubelin, Holly recounted the horror she faced upon arrival. “More than 100 Thai women were sitting on blankets. I asked if anyone spoke English, and one woman raised her hand. She found me a spot to sleep, but there was literally no visible floor space,” she said. The woman instructed others to lie down, revealing a sliver of the floor about nine inches wide. “That was my bed for the next seven years.” Prisoners had to bring their own essentials. “Some couldn’t afford blankets. I bought a couple and folded them to sleep on,” Holly shared. She detailed the primitive conditions, “In my section, there were 2,000 women and only 10 toilets in the yard. Fights over sleeping spots and washing facilities were common. As soon as the cell doors opened, it was a stampede to the trough of cold water. You had to strip naked before the doors opened, or others would pull at your clothes to slow you down.” Her first shower was nearly violent. “A trustee looked like she’d hit me with a metal bar for being slow, but I made it clear I’d fight back. We later became friends, and she let me store my blankets safely.” Holly faced relentless stress and frequent fights. “My first fight was with a friend, and I don’t even know what it was about. It was that crazy.” Even using the toilets was traumatic. “There was no privacy. I didn’t use the toilet for a month because I was so embarrassed. Eventually, I realized I had to adapt. I decided to live like a Thai.” After a long campaign, Holly was transferred to an Australian prison in 2007, where she served another five years before her release in 2012. Since then, she has authored a book titled “Holly’s Hell,” detailing her harrowing experience in the Bangkok Hilton, shedding light on the brutal reality behind its walls.

Mark Levin show 05-09
Mark Levin show 05-09 It is near the end of the show and this just breaks from the NY Post. Hey Leftist, find me 15 lies that Trump has told in 17 minutes. No one comes back with any lies that is as outrageous as these. These harm people when they are believed. Look at the Leftist here. They have been harmed, at least mentally in believing what Biden says. The New York Post looked at the interview Joe Biden gave on Wednesday and the found 15 lies told by Biden during the 17 minute interview. 1) I have created over 15 million jobs. 2) Other than Hoover, Donald Trump lost more jobs than he created. 3) Look at what Trumps says he will undo what I did. He will undo what I saved on Medicare, reducing the cost of Medicare. There is no basis for this. It has only been Biden that has said 3 times he would slash Medicare, Social Security, and the VA. 4) We have 1,000 billionaires in America. There avg tax is 8.3%. Factcheck.org, a Liberal organization says the average income tax paid by the top 1%, that is those making more than $4.4 million a year pay on average 25.1%. 5) We have already turned the economy around. 6) The polling data has been wrong all along. All of the surveys that say people are upset by the economy, every poll showing his support slipping is wrong. 7) There is corporate greed going on out there. 8) Inflation was 9% when he came into office. It was really 1.4%. 9) They have the money to spend and angers them and angers me that they have to spend more. They - meaning us. Right now 76% of adults are living paycheck to paycheck. 10) Civilians have been killed in Gaza as a consequence of bombs in the way they go against population centers. 11) We are not walking away from security of Israel, we are walking away from Israel's ability to wage war. 12) Made no sense to engage in Iraq, they have a nuclear weapon. What does this have to do with Israel? 13) You can't only love your country when you win. Some one needs to tell the elites in the Democrat Party who claims they will leave the country if Trump wins. This is used to chide Trump. Would carry more weight if said to his own voters. 14) I travel around the world. 80% say, I have to win because my Democracy is at stake. 15) Trump is going to put in a 10% tax that is going to cost the average American $1500 a year. This must have been painful for the NY Post to do this. But they are much more fair in their reporting than the NY Times. I never heard Trump talk about a 10% Tax. Biden doing away with Trump's tax cut in 2025 will cost the average American more than this. Maybe he is talking about a 10% increase in tariffs.

Double trouble: Russian woman fined for assaulting pregnant Thai
This is a follow-up to a story that started about a week ago. The Russian tourist walked into a shop. The shop owner asked he to remove her shoes. The Russian kicked the shop owner who was 8 months pregnant. The shop owner filed a complaint against the Russian. The fine comes to less than $15.00. When I go into a shop, I look first to see how many shoes are outside or will ask the people working there if I can wear my shoes inside. When wearing sandals or easy slip off footwear I will just take them off knowing I will be OK. When the finally caught up with the Russian woman, she said she was on her period and this cause her to kick the shop owner. The violent Russian woman who blamed her period for assaulting a pregnant Thai woman in Koh Pha Ngan has been fined 500 baht and handed a suspended 15-day jail sentence. Immigration authorities in Surat Thani are deliberating whether to revoke her visa due to the criminal offence. Alena Kupriyanova, the Russian woman in question, confessed to kicking the shop owner, who is eight months pregnant, on Monday out of frustration after being asked to remove her shoes before entering a coffee shop. The pregnant shop owner opted to file charges against the 41 year old Russian woman to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Kupriyanova cited menstruation as the reason for her behaviour on that day, claiming it had affected her mood. Her Thai visa was reported to be valid until May 22, reported Bangkok Post. This incident marks the latest in a series of reports detailing misbehaviour by tourists. Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul downplayed public concerns regarding a perceived rise in such incidents, asserting that foreigners who violate Thailand’s laws will face prosecution. He referenced a recent case in which two New Zealand brothers were prosecuted and subsequently had their visas revoked after assaulting a police officer in Phuket. “Visa revocation is decided on a case-by-case basis and not that every foreigner who breaks the law will end up being deported.” Statistics gathered by the Royal Thai Police from October of last year until this month indicate that 614 foreigners have been subject to legal proceedings for committing crimes in Thailand. Of these, 98 people have been deported as a result. In many instances, police have noted that these foreigners have faced prosecution for employing nominees to hold shares on their behalf in companies established with concealed intentions to provide work permits to other foreigners. A Russian woman accused of assaulting a pregnant Thai shopkeeper on the island of Koh Pha Ngan, located in the province of Surat Thani, claimed that she did it because she was on her period. The woman, identified as Alena, was escorted to court today, March 20, by local Thai police. The authorities are considering requesting the immigration bureau to revoke her visa. The alleged assault took place in a nearby coffee shop, situated next to an organic vegetable store owned by the complainant, 34 year old Ploy. The expectant mother, now in her eighth month of pregnancy, accused Alena of kicking her in the right groin, prompting her to report the incident to the police. Subsequently, Alena was charged under Section 295 of the Criminal Code for assault leading to physical and mental harm. The repercussions of this offence could include a prison sentence of up to two years and/or a fine of up to 40,000 baht. While being escorted to Koh Samui Provincial Court, Alena was accompanied by a male compatriot. She disregarded any questions from the press and seemed disturbed when pictures were taken of her before she entered a police vehicle. According to Ploy, the incident occurred around 1pm on March 18 when Alena entered the store, disregarding the no shoes policy indicated on the door sign. Ploy alleges that despite being asked in English to remove her shoes, Alena disregarded the request and subsequently kicked her twice in the right leg before exiting the store. The police were promptly notified and were able to locate Alena and bring her to Koh Pha

Cash cow: Albino buffalo sells for record 18 million baht
Cash cow: Albino buffalo sells for record 18 million baht A rare albino buffalo from Phetchaburi has charged into the record books, fetching a staggering 18 million baht, marking it the most expensive buffalo deal in Thai history, proving that this buffalo truly stands out from the herd when it comes to valuable livestock. Renowned for its breathtaking beauty and colossal stature, Ko Muang Phet isn’t just another farm animal, it’s a genetic marvel. With a staggering 90% chance of passing on its albino traits, this buffalo is a game-changer in the breeding industry, promising a lineage of rare offspring. But Ko Muang Phet isn’t just a pretty face in the fields, it’s a star of both screen and pasture. The buffalo stole the show as Ai Khlaow’s trusty companion in the hit drama Mon Rak Luk Thung, cementing its status as an icon beyond the barnyard. Standing tall at 180 centimetres and just five years young, Ko Muang Phet reigns supreme as Thailand’s undisputed giant breeding buffalo champion. Yet, its days of competition are over, as it retires to focus on its true calling: siring the next generation of albino wonders. Recently, Wanasuwan Farm in Chiang Rai made waves by acquiring this celebrity buffalo, shelling out a jaw-dropping 18 million baht at the prestigious 12th Uthai Thani Thai Buffalo Festival, reported The Nation. Damrongsak Morakot, Ko Muang Phet’s former owner, shared his journey from humble buffalo beginnings to multimillion-baht deals, driven by a passion for Thailand’s cattle. In related news, as Thailand marks the country’s National Elephant Day, authorities are rolling out ambitious plans to safeguard the majestic creatures and mitigate human-elephant conflicts. With a blend of innovation, community involvement, and legislative actions, the nation aims to secure the future of both wild and domesticated elephants. In other news, the Department of Military Animals at the Army Canine Centre in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima held its annual spectacle, the military dog auction on January 27. Contrary to popular belief, these military dogs aren’t rejected. Instead, they are canines that, despite their noble lineage and parentage, didn’t quite cut national service.

The Bush - Vietnam
By Keith Nightingale This post originally posted on my Facebook page (minus photos which I added here) and received tons of comments afterward. One comment was written by Frank Polk truly describes what you will read below: “This soliloquy encapsulates every sense, feeling, smell, drop of sweat, the suck of exhaustion that any person that has entered with their weapon has experienced. It says what we have felt, then, now, and forever. It puts words to our explanation we try to explain to ourselves as well as others. That mystery ingredient that no movie or telling someone can describe. Every feeling, every memory, every reality, it is the real, it is the BUSH.” If you were a Grunt or an artillery forward observer or just unlucky, you humped the Bush. The “Bush,” had many forms, variations, and aspects. The Bush stays with you always. A sight, smell, sound or sense can bring the personal images from the internal vault file to be reviewed, reminded and re-posted but never forgotten. The Bush is always wet-always hot, always painful, always too much. Rope crossings. Poncho crossings. Always crossings. Sometimes the water is a welcome cool. Sometimes an obstacle to safety. It is always a challenge. Charlie puts mines in the water and on the bank. The bank is greasy and you can grab the wrong thing. The Bush are boats to be checked or passed or engaged. It is families, dogs, fishes, and bad guys. Hard to figure out. Sometimes too hard and too late. The Bush is leeches-big, little and everywhere. Small at first. Big, wet and bloody later. Mosquitos sensed by sound. Sometimes by sight. Always there. DEET is good for maybe 15 minutes. Stings constantly-the DEET and the mosquito. Tradeoffs. The Bush is ringworm, roundworms, dysentery, blisters, and infections. All to be suppressed to the requirements of the day. Stuff hurts and has to be dealt with. Powder, ointment, soap, pills. Whatever. The Bush is GOOD MORNING VIETNAAAAAAM! The Bush is the green world through the starlight scope. I think I see something. Four of them? The Bush is tossing the enemy bodies in the shell craters and watching the flies and ants go to work. The Bush is an over watch position. The women in the paddies planting new rice. Visible tendrils of the incredible combination of heat and humidity rise over them How do these people survive? Are they burying weapons? Where are the men? The Bush is the heat, dirt, smoke, and fear when the bird drops you off on the CA. Where am I? What the F is going on? Hot LZ!!! The Bush is the soft rhythmic hissing of your friend’s sucking chest wound, the tiny bubbles in the red liquid. This is not Don Ho. The Bush is too long in over watch. It is so hard not to sleep. Everything itches. I have to move. Going crazy. I hear stuff out there. Don’t sleep here–you may never wake. The Bush is approaching the ville next to the creek…the water is incredible sludge–black, thick and stinking. Kids swimming in it. A haze of blue smoke hangs over the place. Strange foreign smells. Bad tobacco, wet smoldering hay, sharp smells of drying fish and nouc mam. Where are the men? Rats in cages–fat and ready for breakfast… the protein. Huge pigs-all fat, no lean. Old ladies with rotten red betel-stained teeth. Kids without diapers. Some old guys-no young guys. Watch your step. Don’t go through the hedge. Follow the kids. Where are the men? The Bush is watching a road-a red slash of packed laterite. The cyclo blows by trailing a cloud of blue-black market gas. How do so many people and things get into that? The ao dai’s look neat blowing in the wind. Wonder what is underneath? No mines today. Hope. The Bush is scrambling to eat the ice cream with a C Rat spoon before it loses all the cold. Nice gesture. Bad timing. The Bush is unknown upon entering. There is no control. The Bush is the new guy. Now the dead guy. The Bush is where you barely see the furtive figures to your front. Now you see too many, too clearly. The Bush is the smell of death. It never leaves you. The Bush is the incredibly steep hill that will be climbed. The contour intervals
