Registration Number Invalid

Hi All

Gone back to Ui-View after a long while and tried to run Ui-View again, Downloaded 32full203 and installed it in it default folder ¡°Program Files¡±Windows 10 32 bit), realising my mistake I uninstalled it using Control Panel and re-installed it in C:\Ham Radio with no problems, fired it up and got the ¡°registration screen¡± and filled in the information with the registration No I had just obtained from M0CYP site and got the ¡°That registration information is invalid¡±. Where do you go from here

When I updated my registration recently due to a call sign change, I found
that what was listed for my NAME was not my name as I submitted for
registration. I first entered my name as I had submitted it for
registration. That didn't work. Then I tried what was on the web page and
email. That worked. Check your registration carefully and enter that
exactly and see if it works.

Please do not top post, and trim quoted text as much as possible.

UI-View website:

UI-View Registration:
Select language & fill in your name and call sign. Return later to collect your registration.

APRS Server List: To update the APRS Server List, change the download URL to... aprs2.net/APRServe2.txt

For North American users, PMap 9 (Precision Mapping 9.0) along with PMapServer 9 can provide street level mapping for all of North America. They can be installed without hassle on Windows 7 & 8. PMapServer is available for download on the UI-View website. However, Undertow Software is no longer selling new copies of PMap 9, but existing owners can continue to use it as long as they can get it registered.

Users of anything newer than Windows XP should not install UI-View below Program Files. Instead, create a folder elsewhere. To view UI-View's built-in context sensitive help file, download and install WinHlp32.exe.

I know you uninstalled it from Program Files, but is the installation folder still there? Perhaps there is a UIREG.BIN file lurking in there. If so, try manually deleting the installation folder below Program Files and try again. A reboot wouldn't hurt. If you still can't get it going, uninstall it from below C:\Ham Radio, manually delete the installation folder, reboot and re-install it again.
