At long last got it to work, my problem was ¡°NAME¡± I was putting my name in instead of online.

I know you uninstalled it from Program Files, but is the installation
folder still there? Perhaps there is a UIREG.BIN file lurking in there.
If so, try manually deleting the installation folder below Program Files
and try again. A reboot wouldn't hurt. If you still can't get it going,
uninstall it from below C:\Ham Radio, manually delete the installation
folder, reboot and re-install it again.
