Ui-View normally puts an icon on the desk top, so use that, failing that the mysteriously named uiview32.exe is the program to run.
Ui-View is normally very easy to install, the only proviso is NOT to locate it under Program Files, something like C:\uiview will do.
You will have to slightly modify the .ini file to keep up with modern settings but that is explained in many places on the web.

I going to butt in here and maybe I shouldn’t. I have been working for two weeks to try find out HOW to install this UI-View program with NO luck. I have downloaded the program but have not figured which program to call to start it running.. very difficult program to understand!!
