I am about ready to delete Ui-View from my computer and call it quits.
I have uninstalled Ui-View and re installed. No better luch.

Where have you installed UIview???? You can not accept the default proposed install location on new versions of Windows.? You will run afoul of the very aggressive Windows? security about what happens in the? \Program Files? folder tree.
UIview "died" in the middle of the Windows XP era in 2004, and has never been updated to accommodate? the issues in Win 7 and later.? You can make UIview work on Win 10, but it is NOT a blind "follow-the-defaults" undertaking.
