That is what it has been set to - since at least PM7. I want to say
since PM9, it stayed where I wanted it to *until* I played with PM9 in
its standalone capacity. I am thinking there is a setting or unreachable
setting between the two that "breaks".

I can't see anything obvious in the configuration file that would show
a connection between the standalone PM9 speed scale settings and what PM
server imports into UI View.

Short of reinstalling everything (which I'd like to avoid)....

My zoom out range permits my station to be seen all around the county
without leaving the boundaries - and only seems to happen after I slow
below a speed. If I am on the highway, it tends to stay in the zoom that
I select.
