Maps... What a headache. I'm new to APRS, new to UI-View, and new to this group. I spent all last weekend trying to figure out how to load a map. Most of the prior software programs are no longer available. What's really tough is you have to wade through all of the changes the last several years to get to that point. I almost gave up. Not sure if there is something better out there, but I was able to get them to work. Looking forward to getting everyone's suggestions as going it alone last weekend almost didn't end well. Glad I'm in the group now.
