Great idea! Yes you can run older programs like Uiview32 in compatibility mode, I run mine in Windows XP Service pack 3 mode!
However, on all my PC's running Windows 10, when I do a restart of my PC, the very first time I start Uiview (and yes in Admin mode) it remains stuck in a wait chain Que for several hours.
If I kill this launch of Uiview and try again, every successive start after the first one opens and runs normally, until I restart my PC again, and that first launch of Uiview just hangs!
Whilst having to kill the first launch of Uiview and then launch again is no big deal, anyone that wants their Uiview to run on an unattended PC will obviously find the wait time a problem!
