If you are running Win7 now, I'd go with it. No real reason to change to
Win8 or 10 (at least until more is know about Win10 and its many bugs)
I've already seen folks complaining about a delay start bug on legacy
software and UI-View which is legacy also
I am personally holding off on win10 for I dont like to be on the bleeding
edge of issues with new OS's...
To recover your UI-View info including the APRS-IS password, go here and
submit again, there is a placde to let them know you are a returning user
and the info will pop up almost instantly...
