I've just added the following to the Support section of the help:-
Reporting Problems

Because UI-View has five operation modes (WinPack DDE, TNC in terminal
mode, TNC in KISS mode, BPQ and AGWPE) it is important, when reporting
problems, to say what mode you are using.
If you are having problems with UI-View not recognising beacons, it is
very helpful if you include a sample of monitored data. You can do this
by opening the Terminal window, marking a sample of data by dragging the
mouse, pressing Ctrl+C to copy it to the clipboard, and then pasting it
into your message.
