Surely if could also mean any connection by Telephone which would affect
Packet BBS's that use amoungst other things a LandLine to forward mail.

That's how i read it....
And i must say it leaves me feeling just little p**sed off at the short
sightedness...
I have a a few users that are in places where current bbs coverage is poor
and use a modem to access GB7OMN, not to mention me checking on the BBS from
the Isle of Skye when I am there...!!!
