Warriors can throw missiles and charge (unless Roman who need the Pila thing using a signa card or activation) ¨C defenders can only do so if Roman
using the special pila rules and a signa card.
?
And from memory, there¡¯s a specific ruling about following up if the close combat opponent break, don¡¯t have the rule set hand.
I've just played by third game and my appreciation of the rules is growing as I get a better grasp on them and the tactical possibilities. Rashly I'm trying to learn a different new ruleset in another period at about the same time [or a
different time in the same period of my life] or i might have got more games in.
One query, and apologies if I've missed something in the rules or videos. When one lot of warriors charge another can they throw missiles on the way in and can the otherside throw missiles in defence [provided they still have some] or do we presume [as in many
other rules] that that's all part and parcel of the melee?
Okay, a second query. If Roman infantry run away [double shock or worse] from a melee with mounted Celts do the cavalry pursue? Perhaps it's up to them to decide on their next activation.
