The free PDF for those that pre-ordered bundles were mailed out by Rich yesterday Monday 29th. However, he has said on FaceBook that a number bounced back and failed delivery because the accounts couldn¡¯t handle the file size. Others were diverted into Junk/Spam folders by the recipients mail server. So I suggest you check your Junk folder or other email addresses associated with your account. If you still can¡¯t find it contact Rich and he will sort you out.
