Re: Turning off telemetry channels with MTT4B?
So the TSAT ( *TSTAT is MTT4B -=Last Chance Digi=-* ) is the message that is in Mic-E format.? Must be due to *MICETMV is TRUE*. It always send the telemetry data right after the Mic-E packet. But

Re: Turning off telemetry channels with MTT4B?
I almost forgot, TSTAT is another way of appending telemetry to position reports, again with ^{input} (like ^T and ^V). You must remove the ^T and/or ^V portion of the TSTAT. ------- Robert

Re: Turning off telemetry channels with MTT4B?
If you are referring to BText messages that include temperature and voltage, you must remove the ^T and/or ^V portion of the BTEXT. The NODISP comment in the manual has nothing to do with Telemetry,

Turning off telemetry channels with MTT4B?
I am using a MTT4B as a fill-in digi, NOLEN. It sends the telemetry channels, even though they are not in use, and I haven't found the appropriate setting to turn them off. A minor use of bandwidth,

Re: TT4BT or splitter cable
Greg, If you're interested in making your own TT4BT, I have a schematic for it, and the parts appear to be pretty easy to come by. I was a beta tester for the TT4 way back then (15 to 20 years ago,

Re: TT4BT or splitter cable
Greg, My bad, I should have taken more time to understand your question. I manufacture and provide tech-support for the Micro-Trak line of products carried by Byonics, so my mind was somewhere else.

Re: TT4BT or splitter cable
To explain the splitter a different wat from Allen, it does not split a computer port because the computer only has one set of serial pins per connector. It does split the A/B port of the TT4 line,

Greg, The MTT4BT is permanently discontinued. Note that the splitter that Byonics carries is just for the TT4. The MTT4BT already had a connector for each port ( A DB-9 and a 2.5mm jack)? but the

I followed all the settings in both the "firmware" documentation and posts on here and yet to get my TT4 to digi. I can see beacons on a handheld but it does not appear to be making it anywhere else.
