If you are trying to connect at a baud rate you had set, that is very likley the issue.
When running TeraTerm on poweringthe TT4, you should see the "?" and other boot info.
If not, you probably have the wrong baud rate setting.


As I recall, the baud rate for the bootloader is 19200,n,8,1.
This happens at bootup (before reading settings), so no matter what the settings are in the EEPROM.
