Thanks for the quick replys. However my question how can I type in the [alt #} command when it just ignores it? I can access the area where it want the ? and esc3 . I can do a disp. But when I go the btext to change the command using the {alt #} command, it just looks at me and blinks. I can edit or change anything, but it wont let me do what I want.
?Is my problem the communications program I am using to access the TT4 (using Hyperterm) or is it something else?
?I an using a usb to serial cable. and the cabinet has separate connectors for the computer, radio and WX station.
