Almost all APRS clients prefer the TNC (TT4 in this case) to be in KISS mode.
I run my TT4 with APRSIS32 all the time.? I set ABAUD 19200 and AMODE KISS (match in APRSIS32)
Again, for troubleshooting, turn off the GKRELAY and GRELAYBITS.? You can play around with that later.
Have you gone through the CALIBRATE and MONITOR setup to get the TT4 configured for the radio you will be using?
