Is that guy in Canada still illegally broadcasting music on the Ham bands?? When I started out near 20 years ago he'd be right in the middle of the phone section of 20 meters.? Hams griped about it for years to no avail.? FCC couldn't do anything as the guy was in Canada.? The Canadians ignored him.
