I might just get that board and replace the other one. Just to make life easier.?

It would be a LOT easier to just add a relay "Normally Closed" (N/C)12V to the "MAIN" .

Connect 12V to coil and Ground from the MAIN input - always energized as open.? Ground to common input and connect the N/C pin to the TT4 input for bank switch sensing pin.? It wouldn't be switching any current, so you could use a very cheap relay.

We probably could have suggested some other boards that would give you the functionality you were looking for, or could be easily wired to do so.

See attached.? Really not that complicated to solder a few 1/8W axials and a TO92 to make an interface.

I think I sketched out your board correctly -- L1 holds relay on (and is the signal you want to sense for loss).? De-energized relay selects L2.? Good thing you didn't get the 120vac version, as clearances between HV and LV look nowhere near what they should be.

Whoops sent that too fast forgot the pictures. And the rest of my message. N 1 has the astron 12amp power supply on it, N2 has the the solar battery bank on it. And the other side goes to the tiny trak and a yaesu ftm 350.?

I do have all power stuff figured out as when the power goes out or I turn off the power supply it does switch to battery.? The relay drains power and I can watch the lights on the tt4 and the radio dim out, then the relay clicks over to battery. That part works. Just trying to figure out if I take JP1 to anything on that board or the power supply if it will go hey! Not normal!?

Again thanks for all the help.?

The relay listed (SLA-12VDC-SL-C) as 3 variations which appear to be SPST Normally Open (N/O) for model -A, SPST Normally Closed (N/C) for model -B,?or SPDT (switch between N/C and N/O) for model -C.
Since only 1 pin is actually switched, my common ground? idea won't work.??
You will have to rely on some indicator on the board to tell which state the relay is in.? I didn't see one on the board you reference.

If you give more details on your configuration we could give better advice:
? Vin to board from power supply
? Vin to board from relay
? Expected current draw from device(s) attached to output.
