I added a 2.2K resistor to the audio in to the TT4 (Pin 5) and lowered RXAMP to 6 and now have decodes on the packets I was missing - the radio is a Motorola CDM1250 and using flat audio - this is great! ?Thanks to Byon and others for suggestions.

The CD light is not coming on except at power up
Getting around 72 in monitor I believe when stations transmit
BTW - radio is a Motorola CDM1250 - using flat RX audio

Although unrealted because it has to do with TX, but I did notice

Then your comments about the setup procedure is most likely.
Is the CD light coming on when there are "hearable packets"?
Remember, when setting RXAMP the value you want to watch in MONITOR is when "packet tones" are being received.

PKTOCOM tells the TT4 to send locally generated (by the TT4) packets to the PC port.? That should not affect the delivery of decoded pakcets from the RF from getting to the PC.? That's governed by PKTICOM (which I already verified was TRUE in his parameter list).
