Hello All We got more snow. Still have the about the same amount. I still want more but everyone keeps telling me to shut up about snow. I guess I will just hope and pray that next year we get a foot of it so I can enjoy it. Nothing planned today except for cooking dinner. We are having pork chops, some kind of potatoes, and green beans. It is way too cold out to do anything outside and still a mess because of all of the rain that we got before the snow. Could get more snow this afternoon and evening but I won't be holding my breath. Good Afternoon Everyone Just stopping by to say hello and to see how you are all doing. Me, I am doing pretty good. I have had the last three hours to myself and it has been heaven. No meltdowns from River Shane to deal with since he isn't here. His behavior is getting worse and worse. The meds he is on are pretty much useless. He is on Quanfacine which is supposed to help with anger. He is on Adderall for the ADHD. He is on Prozac. Something has got to give. I am sure I won't survive the next 10 1/2 years until he turns 18 if something doesn't change. Children's better have some answers for me once they get all the testing done. Anyway, enough about River Shane. I have decided that I might need to move to Siberia so I can have some snow and NO rain. Rain is a nightmare at this point. If it was summer, kids could pretty much swim anywhere. Fields are nothing but standing pools of water at this point and it is supposed to rain for the next 10 days. Can you all tell how excited I am about this? No clue about dinner tonight. Hubby is supposed to pick something up at the store on his way home to cook. Hopefully it is something that he will cook since I think it is his turn tonight. Tomorrow we are having steak sammies and pasta salad. Not sure what else yet, but I have time to think on that. WE GOT SOME SNOW. It is only a little over an inch, but it is snow. Too bad it will all be gone by tomorrow when the rain starts again. I was literally up all night. I couldn't sleep again. I was too friggin hot. I went and laid down a little after 9 this morning and was back up by 1. I then made pasta salad for our dinner tonight. I am so ready for dinner. I am hungry. Last night I watched The Masked Singer and was completely shocked by who got unmasked. I won't say who it was in case any of you watch it. My son was dead on last weeks unmasking. He knew who it was within seconds of the person singing. Every school in the county was closed today because of the snow. The county schools were no surprise because of all of the back roads. I was surprised when the city schools closed. Usually takes a lot for them to close so the roads must have been icy. I haven't been outside so I wouldn't know.. Anyway, what is up with you all today? Not much going on today. Pretty chilly out....mid 20's. I am staying in.... No walk today.....my legs are not working .....they are still very tired We must have walked 5-6 miles (or more) yesterday (no exaggeration) during the Ice Sculpture Event. The sculptures were scattered all over the downtown area. We got there early.....after dark they were all illuminated with colored lights. Here is Charlotte with Baby Groot. (that is a big fountain behind her in the summer) And with Olaf..... One of my guilty pleasures is awards shows and tonight is the main one.....the Academy Awards so I will be watching and watching all the pre-shows. I love seeing what everyone is wearing My girlfriends and I used to have watching parties....we would all get dressed....have champagne (well...wine ) and watch together at someone's house. I am doing a mass delete today. I was nauseated on and off all day yesterday. This morning when I got up my pee was blood red with clots in it. I called the Dr and they told me to come on in. I had to see the PA because my Dr is on Jury Duty. They took a pee sample and he said it was awful. It looked like a vial full of blood. I have never had a problem before so it scared me. He said it could be a tumor since I was having no pain. Well you know that made me feel good! Not! Anyway he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and said after 7 days if it isn't gone then to call and they would refer me to a urologist. It has already really cleared up but I am rather tired so not going to do anything much on the computer other than make sure I don't have any bills due. Hopefully I will see you on here tomorrow. Busy as always here. Yesterday we went to church and out to lunch with one of our daughters and her family. Today I had PT on my shoulder, went to the dentist to get our Xray because we had to change because of insurance, the to new dentist to drop those off, to CVS to pick up prescriptions and out to eat at Skippers Seafood. Hello Sharen I am Kelley and I am married to my hubby of almost 29 years and we live in Ohio with our 7 year old grandson that we have custody of. We also have two dogs and one cat. I am a football fan and love the Ohio State Buckeyes and Pittsburgh Steelers. I am depressed that football is over until August. I love PSP, IM, and cross stitching.
