Well, when I say it?is raining, I mean it has literally been raining since before 9 AM this morning.? It hasn't even slowed down.?

We went to Colt's kindergarten graduation this morning and brought Colt home with us.? We are meeting his mom and two sisters for dinner at Texas Roadhouse.? She is treating us for dinner for Mom's Day and Dad's Day.? She is finally getting paid for her training.?

When I got home River was here.? I told Duane I love him but I don't want to be around him because of the past and how he still completely ignores me and the rules of this house.? I guess on the way to taking him home, he was crying and he told Duane it was because he didn't like being at home.? He didn't elaborate on why because Duane didn't ask.? I can't help it.? He should have learned to behave around here and he would still be living here.
?
I am so so glad to be home.? I have missed my recliner and my laptop and my bed.? I have been awake since?2 AM.? I am so so ready for bed.
?
Okay, we need to get ready to go back up north so I can meet her at Texas Roadhouse.? It is really close to her house since she is an hour from her job and she would have to go there to get her daughters and then turn around and drive an hour and a half back to Texas Roadhouse near us so I am being nice.

Okay, I gotta scoot.? Back into the rain I go.

Where we went is seasonal and just opened Monday.

Tegaderm is a brand name.? They have many different ones.? I used to get the generic at CVS
We often used them when I was working on wounds for that reason....
They stay on and you can shower, etc.? Even if they got full of fluid/blood....they stayed on.? That all helped the healing.
?
I only used them so the patch wouldn't fall off.? They suggested it at Dana Farber and it worked very well.
The Fentanyl patches have to go on the upper arm....?Covering them kept them in place
?
Butterflies is what they call them here after you get the regular sutures out.
I keep them here at home in the first aid kit

I think they might of been something different. ?I think the waterproof ones are Tegaderm and there like a second skin. I wasn't to take it off unless I felt as tho there was infection or something not right. The other ones stayed on for a few weeks even with daily showers. I will ask him what there called if he uses them again next week. I couldn't even peel them off and they just fell off in their own time.

Ten years ago he had to leave them inan extended period of time, there was so much bleeding and bruising. Even when he took them out they used a stitch bandaid as each stitch came out these strips went on. They had to stay in until they came off on their own. I;m not sure what they were called but they acted as stitches.? Now they have a wonderful bandaid that is like a skin over the incision and you can shower and everything with it, never had them 10 years ago.....?They sent me home with 2 and I made the mistake of taking it off so Lisa and Mariah brought me a few from work....

I still have a list from Ricks last appt in Boston....never could delete them

Still waiting on Lisa to send me the report but she said all it says is he removed 5 nodes and the margins are all good around the area.
I wanted to know about recovery but not sure where to get that info, all the doctor got was the pathology reports.

Oh yes I am moving about but usually holding my boob because it hurts when I walk. I am getting shooting pains going into it. ?The stitches are getting itchy now so i assume? a good sign. I see the surgeon Tuesday and hopefully they can come out.
Still waiting on Lisa to send me the report but she said all it says is he removed 5 nodes and the margins are all good around the area.
I wanted to know about recovery but not sure where to get that info, all the doctor got was the pathology reports.

Ten years ago he had to leave them inan extended period of time, there was so much bleeding and bruising. Even when he took them out they used a stitch bandaid as each stitch came out these strips went on. They had to stay in until they came off on their own. I;m not sure what they were called but they acted as stitches.? Now they have a wonderful bandaid that is like a skin over the incision and you can shower and everything with it, never had them 10 years ago.....?They sent me home with 2 and I made the mistake of taking it off so Lisa and Mariah brought me a few from work....

Its another beautiful day here in Niagara. ?74 sunny and a slight breeze, a perfect day in my eyes.
No plans once again. We had a guy come price replacing a window where the seal has broke so getting that fixed up.
My youngest is in town for a mammo but really doubt she will pop in, we seem to be at odds right now.....lol

Mariah had said if I had quit breathing they would have probably sent me to ICU if I quit many times but they would have kept me overnight to monitor me. I believe I just gave them a hard time to breathe normally.....
