It is pretty and warm here again today.? It is currently 80?with rain?in the forecast but haven't seen it yet.

Nothing going on except I have to go to the sleep doctor.? I have to go once a year.? The appointment takes about 5 minutes.

I went to the rheumatologist yesterday.? Since my neck and shoulders don't really hurt when the pain is there now, he seems to think it might be mechanical instead of the polymyalgia rheumatica.? I have an appointment with sports medicine next week to see if this could all be from my back.? I was so hoping he would have a for sure diagnosis.
?
I am going to Kaitlyn's to spend the night tonight since someone needs to be there in the morning to put her two youngest on the bus.? Then I will be coming home and taking a nap.? Since I don't sleep well at all EVER, I know I won't sleep well at her house either.
