I can't stand anything tight on my tummy and that's why? wear the leggings / tights. No restrictions on my gut at all. ?

His pain was right?where?the waist of his pants was so for the last few years he only wore sweatpant type pants.....with elastic at the waist.

I mostly wear jeans but I did just find leggings that I love.....

On tik tok shop

They have tummy control and even the legs have some compression....

And they don't roll down.

They feel awesome and keep my apron belly tucked in nicely

They sell them on their website (they are cheaper on tik tok shop)

I have?3 pair and now I want the Capri length ones.

I normally wear jeans but put leggings on since I knew the Dr/PA would be moving me around

And I figured I'd go and get the Xray while wearing them.....although I did have to take my bra off and wear a fashionable johnnie.

And where I go the Xray is right across the street from where I do my grocery shopping?

It was very convenient.

I will go today to set up my PT

Now I need to go get in the shower.....

I always wore jeans every day but I started wearing leggings and that's all I wear now. When I went for my cat scan i had jeans on and she just covered me and pulled my jeans down......lol Now its all leggings.?

Just sitting down now from leaving at 9 this morning.

Went to see the?doctor (well....the PA) about the sciatica.

Luckily he said I have no nerve issues and no weakness

He wants xrays?(to rule out damage to the discs....he thinks I might have done something when I fell)

And a more specialized PT and go back in 6 weeks.

And we will go from there.....

I went and had the xrays since I had on leggings (jeans have metal)
