Brandon....my cellar son (he knows I call him that ) pays $1000.00/month but he has a small apartment and does his own food, etc.
He even has one of those washer/dryer combos.? He doesn't have to pay any utilities since we have solar.....and his heat is electric (solar)
And cable TV was already down there for me
I could get over $2000.00/month for that small apartment if I rented it out to a stranger with the way rents are around here but he is my #3 son....

I think that¡¯s fair. ? ?I was hoping for $300 a month but think I might settle for a total of $500 a month so $250 every two weeks. ? ?I could always go up a bit if I need to or maybe I should ask for $300 every two weeks and then, if I find that he¡¯s not eating that much anymore, I could reduce the amount. ? ? Hmm. ? ?Chris has so many bills and all are paid automatically on line. ? He¡¯s broke two days after he gets paid. ? ?Once he gets his own store, that¡¯s it!

Wow she has it pretty cheap. Aileen and Emma pay $500 a month and need to buy all their own?food laundry stuff.... Everything !!! These are Amy's kids in her house.......lol?
Emma had moved in with her boyfriends parents but there house is very small so now they have moved to Amys place. They plan to move an hour away this summer. She will get a nursing job there and he has been hired already as a paramedic.

Oh, Duane is sick.? I think he has the flu.? I am staying as far away from him as I possibly can. I had that once and I do not want it again.? The only good thing when I had it is I slept 15 hours a day.? That part was wonderful.
