I love the area I live.? There is so much history around here.

Not all good ....like the Salem witch Trials

But so much history.

There is a house not even 2 minutes from me....basically right across the main road from the early 1600's

My daughter used to live right across the street from the Rebecca Nurse Homestead (she was hung as a witch)

Her house was on what was once the Nurse farm.

When you drive along the coast, there are soooooo many gated estates (or whatever they are now)

You can't even see the homes unless you are on the water.

There is even a castle that is now a museum.

Been there many times

Ashley wanted to get married there but it was way too pricey

Wouldn't want to heat or clean it but if I could afford a house like that....

The heating bill wouldn't matter and I certainly would not be cleaning it myself?

This one was for sale in Beverly?for awhile and I always joked I would buy it when I won Megabucks and make it into a family compound.

Years ago, the coast of Beverly was called the Gold Coast

People built huge summer homes here but sadly over the years many of them have been torn down or made into condos
