I went for my mammo and headed home and they called for me to come back for an ultra sound. ?I had that done and headed home and they called me right back for a biopsy. I headed home and the doc called me in so I went there and she sent me to the surgeon right away and surgery was booked for a couple weeks later. The delay was because of Christmas and New Years. That was a very bleak holiday season because my grand daughter was diagnosed with leukemia just before I was diagnosed.
She is doing super and takes a chemo pill daily and has flouished. Just graduated with honors after 4 years of university.
