When I read this I feel so lucky to be in the position we are in. ?We recently bought a car and we were able to pay cash for it This will probably be our last car or that's what we are thinking. Our home is paid for plus we have another one paid for and that place generates 2 rents every month.
We both retired back in 1990 and wondered if we would survive. When we had mortgages were always put 10 % down every year and increased the payments yearly to clear them up. Hubby hates payments.
He has made the house as energy efficient as possible plus put solar panels on the roof which also generates income for us.
He is always thinking about what he can do to make life easier? guess while possibly I complain......lol

Yes, I bet you have taken a hit in the stock market. ? ?I worry about my friend, Sonja as her husband had a lot of money in the stock market and after he died, Sonja left it there. ? It¡¯s all she has to live on beside Soc Sec. ? ? ?You are fortunate to have the trust. ? That is a good thing.

Well, it has been an interesting afternoon so far.? Thankfully all but one charge was denied.? I had to go through the fraud department and now there will be an investigation to see if they can?prove it was fraud.?
