well this time its from not eating.? Basically quit with the ensure because it was packing on the pounds. I think that's what has made me shed the pounds
I went to bed at 7 last night ( well tonight ) and here it is 10 PM and? am awake for the day...

It is currently 55 and sunny and beautiful out there.? I love it.

I am not doing anything today except trying to walk around the house.? I am in so much pain.? This time it is from?my neck down.? I know it is because I literally sat in my recliner all day and cross stitched.? I even had Duane deal with dinner and clean up so I could keep stitching without taking a long break.? I did get one entire kitten done.

I did scoop the litter boxes and that about killed me bending over so I am done for the day.? I am going to keep?walking though.? Once I get started it gets?better.
